Basic ‘Keyholding’ Service

For the home owner who doesn’t need all the extras, WellDone provides a simple keyholding service permitting the rapid obtaining of keys whenever it becomes necessary. The keys are kept in their safe, which is secured on their premises. On demand, the keys are made available to visitors, guests, owners or real estate agents. How does WellDone help Flat Hunter clients?

Below is a list of Property Management Services that WellDone provides, or that it organises with Flat Hunter, a trusted partner:

• Keyholding - keys to the property are safely guarded on WellDone’s premises and made available to owners, renters or guests.
• Cleaning & Laundry - we organize the cleaning of apartments with our professional, legal cleaning team as well as the cleaning, ironing and delivery of your sheets and towels.
• Mail/Post Management (collecting + scanning or reception at WellDone’s offices) - whether you want your mail put inside your home or have it scanned and sent to you, WellDone does it all.
• Home Decoration and Repairs - not only does WellDone work with dependable and talented worksmen, but Flat Hunter’s clients benefit from WellDone’s negotiated prices… And the company is there to check the quality and development of the work being carried out and keep you posted (i.e. digital pictures, etc…)
• Surveillance - need someone to be there while work is being done chez vous (at your place)? WellDone provides a surveillance service and will be glad to keep an eye on things.
• Electricity/Water/Gas/Internet/TV/Phone set up and installation - WellDone looks for the providers that best suit you and take care of all the phoning, paperwork and installation that you need.
• Administration - do you have complicated French papers to get sorted out or technical questions that need answering? WellDone can give you a hand with anything from insurance to appliance contracts.
• Regular apartment checking / inventory - You’re not expecting any problems while you’re away but you don’t want to take any risks either? WellDone can regularly check out the state of your property and report back to you.
• Participation in Co-owners building meetings - Big and potentially costly decisions are made during these co-owners meetings; WellDone can go in your place and make sure that your voice is heard.
• Bill Payment - Welldone can pay, record, scan and send any important bills you ask us to pay on your behalf.
• Meet and Greet - arriving at The Client’s home in advance of the guest (renters), checking the cleanliness and pre-arrival preparation, shopping for part of the Welcome Basket [i.e. macaroons or flowers], greeting the guest, baggage help, exchanging of keys, and the showing/explanation of the apartment; price includes early/late arrivals as well as on Sundays and/or bank holidays)
• ALSO: Linen Services, Bank Account Management, Translation and General Problem-Solving
