Due at the final signing with the notary only if your project has been accomplished through us, possibly financed by loan. They cover the search, the intermediary and the final negotiation.
Our compensation is based on the anticipated difficulty of the mission and the value of the property sought; so do not hesitate to contact us for a customized quote!
To guarantee our integrity in the event of non-compliance with our contractual obligations, payment for services can be partially reimbursed on a pro rata basis.
Entrusting your apartment search to Flat Hunter® is an economical and wise solution. We help you to bring the price down during negotiations and also try to avoid transactions involving a real estate agent (in more than 75% of cases).
If, however, we find the property through a real estate agency, our transaction fees are greatly reduced (amounts clearly stated on the estimates and customized contracts). You are nevertheless responsible for agency fees, but in such cases, we help you to negotiate the fee to its lowest.
The fees are set prior to the estimate, which guarantees you truly objective advice, quality action, and total transparency.
