Flat Hunter® contractually agrees to offer you AT LEAST a certain number of properties that suit you and within a set MAXIMUM amount of time. The contractual commitments are determined after analysis of anticipated difficulty of the mission.
Flat Hunter® agrees to allow the client to seek and find properties by his own means (subject to your alerting us to avoid possible duplications), and to refrain from claiming any transaction fees if we do not find the property for you.
Flat Hunter® agrees to establish a close relationship between its Property Search Experts and clients: performing a maximum of three to four simultaneous searches at a time, your dedicated search partner is responsive and respects your constraints in terms of agenda.
Flat Hunter® agrees to perform in accordance with the law: possession of a transaction card (Law 70-9, 2 Jan 1970), fully bonded with Mutuelle des Professions Immobilières et Foncières (Guarantee SO.CA.F of 30,000€) and professional liability insurance (RCPSAA of 380,000€).
Flat Hunter® agrees to only establish partner relationships by acting in the exclusive interests of our buyer-clients, not of sellers or other outsiders in order to receive payments that increase our pay in the transaction.
Flat Hunter® agrees in advance to its terms of payment (estimate). There is no additional charge for the delivery of services beyond the contractual minimum. In addition, the transaction fees are levied only after final success in the search by our intermediary.
Flat Hunter® agrees to undertake the delivery of all services, business activities and negotiations in complete objectivity, in order to not influence your decision, by allowing you to speak directly with the sellers by giving you their contact information.
Flat Hunter® agrees to inform its clients regularly, to inform them on request of all the elements related to the search being carried out and to let information flow freely between all parties of the transaction.
Flat Hunter® agrees to only work with those who have a good knowledge of the specific characteristics, values, and diversity of the local property market to ensure you the best purchase.
Flat Hunter® agrees to strictly safeguard the confidentiality of all personal information held for the accomplishment of the mission. (You also have the right to access, change, or delete this information exercisable at Flat Hunter® and guaranteed by the Commission Nationale Informatique et Liberté).
Flat Hunter® agrees to update your search criteria regularly to reflect your changing expectations, in order to implement its full expertise to your advantage and take decisive actions that lead to a final result.
Flat Hunter® agrees to put you in touch with all of its partners after the sale (renovation, architecture, finance, property management, consultations and writing of acts…), to put you in a better position to obtain a tailored service at preferential rates.
